(1). The equipment of this model:

It is applicable to the cleaning of optical glass, slim glass, and cell phone panels. The advantages of this equipment include superior performance and durability, good cleaning effectiveness, simple operation, water saving, electric power saving, and manpower saving.

(2). Cleaning procedure:

The cleaning has been conducted in 3 stages, 6 sections, with 12 brush wheels. The first water tank can be independently heated (with our without additives), while there will be rear-to-front overflow among the other 3 tanks to keep every water tank clean and to save the use of pure water. Wind blade (2 sets) approach has been adopted to remove the moisture on glass surface.

After blow drying (with the equipment 100% made by Shen Yu Machinery), there is an additional set of reflective drying. Smooth helical gear has been adopted as the transportation approach, and the part in contact with water is made of stainless steel. The latest packaging method has been adopted for the shell packaging of this equipment (the basic model has traditional control).
